In the surroundings, renown for the coffee, you can visit the Coffe Museam (Musée du Café) with its torrefaction plant, the plantations La Grivélière, former coffee plantation, and Vanibel, with their pure Arabica, vanilla and cocoa.
Several hiking tours are possible in the magnificent valleys of Beaugendre and Grande Rivière as well as throughout the near Soufrière mountains.
