Situated in Gosier on the peninsula BAS DU FORT, the residence Perle des Caraïbes is built directly at seaside. Each apartment offers a breathtaking view over the Pointe à Pitre bay. From every terrace, you'll enjoy the view to the mountains of BASSE TERRE with the Soufrière vulcano, to the isles Les Saintes, Marie Galante, and Dominica.

A great number of marine activities take place in front of the residence. The fairway is at
less than 300 m (985ft), letting you dream of far away places following the traffic of
cruise ships, cargo vessels, or else big and small sailing boats.

Every 4 years, the arrival buoy of the famous Route du Rhum is moored in front of the residence. The beach is just at lengthside of the block.
