Each building project undergoes a prior technical study by an engineering firm:

Concrete construction: Study by a concrete engineer in order to achieve a    hurricane and earthquake resisting building With the concrete engineering firm we hold 3 visits of     the building site at the important stages of construction:     - foundation and flooring     - walls mounted     - bedding of the frameworks in the concrete Woodworks: Study of the frameworks by our technical department,     supervised, as well as for the pannel structure, by an     engineering firm from France, if necessary.

NOTE: Our carpentry constructions of traditional frameworks as well as our part in house building (woodworks) always get the agreement of the official French control authorities "VERITAS" and "SOCOTEC".

Renown for our experience in carpentry, we have had the opportunity to carry out the building of the most prestigious frameworks in the French West Indies, as there are the hall of the Hotels Plantation Sainte-Marthe and Méridien in Saint-François as well as that of the Club Méditerranée in Sainte-Anne. ESTIMATION AND BUILDING COSTS

Our computer software, specially elaborated for the building industry, enables us to rapidly draw up a draft as well as to compute global cost estimations for the construction (after a visit on site).
