In the last 20 years, we have developped and applied a construction system perfectly suitable for the climatic specificities of the Caribbean with regard for harmonizing esthetic aspects and reliability.

We are granting character to your future home by elaborating a great variety of optional fittings in perfect harmony with creole style architecture. In order to achieve this aim, we use well tried techniques and traditional materials: Wooden frontages - Apparent frameworks Mezzanine - Entry porches Attic windows - Ornamental string course Terraces with balustrades etc. Special attention is paid to terrace fittings and natural ventilation systems with regard for the local climatic specificities. All fittings are entirely manufactured in our own carpentry workshop in Saint-François by skilled labour, specialized in traditional carpentry and in framebuilding for creole style houses - NO SUB-CONTRACTORS ! This mastery, together with the love of well done work and our long experience, enables us to offer a wide range of solutions, where you'll certainly find the one in perfect accordance with your needs.

COORDINATION OF THE CONTRACTORS' WORKS

Coordination of the building schedule for the different contractors, supervision of the construction progress, even in case of the client's absence (40 % of our clients live abroad).

DELAYS OF DELIVERY

After having obtained the building permit, we deliver a house turnkey in collaboration with our partners in an average delay of 6 months (for a house with a 130 m² / 1400 ft² floor area - including the terraces).

WARRANTIES

All contractors working on the building site ave a decennial warranty. They agree by contract to respect the building schedule and to attend the weekly meeting, which the client can attend personnaly or be represented by a third party.
